Jo Fowler is a delightful practitioner, very caring and made me feet feel much better. Felt a bit lost on arrival as no one to greet and was early incase had forms to fill in, which was not the case, but had not been explained and waited for over half an hour before seeing anyone. Arrival procedure should be explained but can highly recommend Jo for all your podiatry needs as she is an excellent practitioner.

I booked in with Oliver for a glute issue that I’ve had for a month. He was super friendly and welcoming and explained everything really well.

I am seeing him again next week where I hopefully see some improvements.

My 10-yr old son suffered with multiple verrucas on the bottom of his feet. They were causing so much discomfort to start with so we knew we needed to get them looked at. Jo was incredible with her guidance and expertise of how to balance treating his symptoms while helping us be patient while the verrucas cleared. She gave us real ways to try and expedite the process and we were so pleased the treatment worked. We hear that verrucas can take nearly 6 months to go away if actively treated but with her guidance and our diligence to keep at it and follow exactly what she said, we managed to see them all clear within 4 months of treatment. The difference with Jo was she payed attention to how my son needed to be cared for and tailored the treatment process to his comfort level.

OMG!! Oliver was amazing. He was very kind. Patient explained all my questions and gave me lots of advice. The treatment did hurt a bit at the time only to be expected but as soon as I walked out felt amazing going back next week and will continue until I feel 100%.

When I first came to Ashgrove Clinic to try IDD treatment I felt it was a last throw of the dice before spinal surgery.
I was suffering constant leg and lower back pain and an MRI scan showed spinal stenosis and bulging discs which were impacting nearby nerves.
Physio had helped with mobility but the pain was still there and walking, standing and lifting were all difficult.
I’m not given to hyperbole but the treatment I’ve received here really has been life-changing. The constant pain is just a memory, I can walk for miles again, standing to work or chat is no longer painful and I can lift and carry things I’d never have attempted before IDD.
Rachel has such a friendly and understanding way about her; her background and experience inspire confidence in the treatment and for me it has been entirely successful.
Thank you Rachel and thank you, Ashgrove Clinic.

The whole experience at the Ashgrove Clinic was excellent.

My appointment with Ollie was most professional and he quickly identified what the issue was. He has super observational skills. sound judgement.and the ability to give clear explanation and advice. After an initial discussion, Ollie began working on my very painful shoulder. I was genuinely surprised at how much better and more flexible I felt after my first visit!

I have a second planned appointment and to be honest I am really looking forward to him continuing the good work!

I found out about IDD after going on reddit and asking in desperation if there was any hope to helping with chronic pain, after a heavy fall down the stairs 8 years ago, ive had mri catscans numerous painkillers, but nothing was removing the constant nerve pain from impingement of the nerve from my back to my toes , when i spoke to the amazing Rachel i told her that all i wanted to do was be able to get more sleep than i was and less pain, from the first session my daughter already noticed my walking was better i have now finished treatment, i can roll over in bed, i can get more sleep! i can walk round shops without having to stop all the time and im not having cold sweats most of the day . To say my life has hope now is an understatment , it might not work for everyone but Rachel was honest right from the start , she is patient , understanding ,helpful and has heard my whole lifestory lol .
For me i have hope , i can look forward to going places again ,most importantly im not in pain all the time.
Cant thank you enough Rachel and my family and friends are so grateful .

This was my first time at Ashgrove Clinic. They were able to see me on the day and I was seen on time. Very thorough consultation, examination, treatment and post treatment care information/guidance. Had been in pain a week which was affecting everything I did, and my sleep. There was such an improvement from when I entered the clinic for my appointment to when I left! Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much Joanne.
