This restaurant offers diverse cuisine, including Korean, Japanese, Indian, and Thai foods. All were great! I saw someone complained that salmon had no flavor. You should dip it in brown sauce together with kale under salmon.

Amazing food we got the rice and tea and the glass noodles. Everything was a really nice portion for a large lunch for one person or a nice snack for two. They have a good tea selection I would recommend branching out from the sweet macha (though it is tasty)

I am vegan and it is 110% vegan approved!

Favorite best food, amazing pastries ( like the Pear bread Pudding) see image. Clean and friendly staff. Outstanding in every way. Udon Noodle Soup is my favorite. Update: October 1.st. This place does not change it’s the best spot and delicious as always, I bring All my friends and they love it. Every time I come to DC I find an excuse to reroute myself to end up here during lunch. Most amazing Chia, Bobbas now with my favorite (Coconut Milk). A Gem of a spot.

I com here often for lunch with my partner and we love it! We are vegetarians and usually order the black bean bento box and the veggie okonomiyaki. It’s so full of flavor and plenty of food for two! We always wonder if we should try other things because all the other food we see in the other tables always look great, but we like these two too much to change, maybe next time! The teas are also great!

Teaism is a well-known teahouse brand with four shops in Washington, DC. I prefer the one in Dupont Circle because it has a cozy and homely feel, especially the upstairs dining area with windows overlooking the street. The place has an Asian-inspired decor and offers quality teas, all-day breakfast, bento boxes, light Japanese and Thai-style meals, and some snacks such as cookies and Asian-inspired desserts like matcha gelato, jasmine creme brulee, and mochi.

We ordered salmon and Korean Beef Brisket bento sets, which tasted amazing. The salads that came with them added crunchiness to the food. The mochi had the expected texture and taste. It's a self-service establishment, so there is little to discuss about the service.

Wide assortment of teas. Really nice, old house setting (though seating is limited)
Ordered the salmon bento and it was alright. Came with salmon (no flavor and not hot enough), broccoli (cold but cooked), brown rice (cold and old!), and sweet potatoes (best part because they had a sauce on them that tasted like something.
Would come back but likely just for tea.

If you love Asian food 🥘 and tea🧋 🫖 this is the place to go. They specify exactly what tea options they have and where the tea originates from. As someone who has been to Japan they definitely have plenty of Asian dishes which smelled and looked delicious. I will definitely be back

What a cute place to go for a meal before/after sight seeing at the White House. They have many unique and common tea selections. The food are Asian inspired and not like what you commonly see in other restaurants. Their cookies also look quite scrumptious.
