Having brought a house on A Taylor Wimpey site and being told by the site manager that they are better than Persimmons. I can only say what a load of rubbish.
We have been waiting since May for our front door to be fixed. It is now that bad that we have issues securing it in a morning before going to work. After several emails to them and customer service they still havnt sorted the problem, their after care is absolutely shocking. At least persimmons came and fixed my issues in my old house.

The only positive I can give is the sales and marketing department clearly know what they are doing!

They promise the world, then fail to deliver the basics. Any questions you can ask the answer will always be positive, but they won’t ever be proactive, or get back to you when you ask them to.

The house itself would be lovely if it was complete, but frankly there is a significant amount of work to achieve that. Again, they have really dragged their heels with solving the issues from the snagging inspection.

Nice people to deal with, I just wish they were also capable of what I consider the basics of their job!

We have lived here for 4 months and have had numerous issues. Some resolved and some not. We have a front door that doesn't close properly. That has been outstanding since we viewed the property in May 21. We were assured all would be sorted by the time we moved in. It wasn't. ReCustomer service is
