Viewing ‘The Gosford’ showhouse…..pretty nice starting house…..has some extras in it like Silestone kitchen tops (expensive). As with most new houses the length of the driveways are pretty short ….. can you open garage ‘up and over’ door if there is a garage ? The ‘Kingham’ showhouse is nice but this one has approx £38000 of extras in it.

We've purchased a Midford home on this site and from start to finish the service has been nothing less than outstanding. The site sales guy, Brad, has been fantastic, he's very friendly and approachable with timely communication. The building site manager has been going above and beyond to ensure our home is ready not just on time but early for us as we are due to have our baby.

The build quality is far superior to other house builders that we've seen and we are left extremely happy with our purchase and overall experience.
