A really wonderful find, by chance, after a day at the beach and Harbourside in Irvine.Food is excellent in the comfortable restaurant atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was amazing.Around a 10 minute walk from Rail station through Rivergate Centre.This is a dining experience worth the walk. Great pre theatre, Lunch menus too.😏

Myself and my wife popped in for lunch, this is certainly one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. The food was amazing, staff were pleasant and courteous. We had starters of Prawn Cocktail, Barbecue Ribs, Mains of Chicken Satay , Chicken Curry and to finish Banana Fritters , all were cooked to perfection, we will certainly be back.

To begin with the staff were absolutely tremendous, really nice. Food and service was excellent. Can't fault the place at all. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend the honey chilli wings.

Atmosphere was really cosy and warm, the restaurant was surprisingly spacious on the inside. The staff were super polite and when I asked if they had dumplings with no meat, they offered to make some with vegetables instead which was fantastic! Portions were really good, good value for money and it was delicious. Would go back! 🙂

Pre-ordered on Xmas Eve afternoon to be delivered at 7.30 as having family round. Driver turned up at 5pm, I explained I couldn’t take it as family not here yet and asked if he could come back at correct time. He was adamant that I should just take it anyway and kept asking me to take the food off him! I asked him again if he could deliver at 7.30 and I would phone restaurant to explain. When I called I got no apology, said they would now deliver between 7-7.30. When it arrived I’m sure it was the same food heated up as sauces were congealed and only lukewarm, chips were cold! Disappointing service.

Took ages to serve me had to wait a while for a take away. Egg was over cooked as if it had been re cooked, chips were solid and fried rice was extremely greasy. Most expensive Chinese restaurant in Irvine yet the worst. Also, no free prawn crackers unless you spend over £30.

My first time trying Tatsu and it was the best takeaway I have had in a very long time. It was ready when I went to collect and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
