The bury st edmunds branch. Has the best team of people working for them. Amazing customer service. Mike and Jordan deserve a special mention. My 2 year old called Jordan "Uncle" the whole time he was measuring up, he played and entertained her, including when she tried to walk his measuring tape as a tight rope. Mike has excellent customer service and was a pleasure to talk with. He made the whole process seamless. Thank you.

It was a pleasurable experience buying our carpet for Tapi in Bury St. Edmunds today. The moment we walked in we were looked after and before we even got to start talking carpets our daughter was shown to a colouring table and given biscuits. Our Sales advisor listen to our requirements and made the whole experience easy.
