Absolutely appalling customer service. I contacted the team after I received an item of clothing that had a defect on the metal detail by the neck. The metal had be damaged during manufacture and when my son put his new hoodie on it cut his face! After making the team aware and expressing my disappointment and concern over this, I was offered no form of apology etc. I will not be using them again.

Ordered an item from this company whose website states 2-3 days shipping. On day 4 I made enquiries to be told it’s just left the warehouse and tracking would be provided. 9 days in and another enquiry as still no delivery or tracking info and was told it hadn’t in fact left warehouse by that time. I requested a full refund which they did but they still have not provided the confirmation of refund via email that i requested. Poor show all round. They left it so long a project has now been left incomplete at my work. So cannot fairly give more than 1star review.

Disappointing, one item missing from a big order. But the system reports nothing outstanding. Customer service slow, but appreciate it is a busy time of year. Just left out of pocket and without one of our son's Christmas presents.
