"Fantastic customer service"? A blatant lie. Years of loyal custom, many hundreds of thousands of pounds spent with them yet they hung us out to dry over potentially the busiest week of the year in favour seemingly of a few seasonal business's here.
Total lack of communication not just with their customers but within their own company.
When the winter comes and those they've favoured vanish they may have time to ponder on the meaning of loyalty.
At age 62 I thought I'd seen and heard it all. Until now.
You should be ashamed.
1 star has been given purely because this review system doesn't allow no stars which is what they deserve.

What I love about TQ is you are assigned with a rep who will call you weekly if you wish.

During these unprecedented times T Quality have supported us with great prices, fantastic products and general know-how that has helped us trade through this pandemic. Our T Quality sales representative “Mal” gave us marketing ideas and encouragement when we struggled through what this virus threw at our community. We provided Our elderly customers with 400 free fish and chips and it was Mal that organised the packaging aspect and guided us to how we could logistically achieve such a feat.

Never been to your place. But answer me one thing,can you recycle your Fish & chip boxes, carrier bags and small bags, which our local fish & chip shop use, as they are not marked if not why not.
