1.2 miles from our house,why not .We found this place bathed in sunshine very peaceful.£12 a night with electric, water ,grey waste.In between Stockton and Darlington.15 minutes from Teesside Retail Park with all its restaurants cinema shops.The Tees Barrage,30 minutes from the coast.Gateshead Metro centre 40 minutes.Durham 25 minutes.This is a nice base to look at what the local area has to offer.Very good takeaways at Eaglescliffe 10 minutes away.

Great place to stay. Nice folks. Apparently someone left a bad review because the toilets wasn't pristine. It's a certified site. They don't have to provide toilets. Very peaceful Caravan and Motorhome site. Can't fault it.

I spent a couple of nights at this Caravan and Motorhome club certificated location when coming home from Northumberland. The site was easy to find and is just a small distance from the excellent A66, a very good quiet road finished to a high standard road. The grass in the site was well cut and there was an area of hard standing. There are a number of electrical hook up points. There is a convenient Elsan disposal point, waste bins and two fresh water taps.
