Just had a conversation with a very rude lady. Just asked her to confirm the name of their website as lots of brands have different websites and she rudely replied: you called us, you should know the name of our website. Disgusting. That is how you loose customers. Would have fired her on the spot if she would be working for me and I would have heard her talking like this.
