Haven't got enough good things to say about our Synergy grill. As a regenerative restaurant we've looked at every partnership - both ingredients and technology. We felt it wasn't enough source to regenerative produce if we had an unacceptably high carbon footprint in the kitchen. Synergy is unique in its energy-saving technology and how it atomises fat. Yup - zero fat run-off = clean drains and no blocked sinks. It's also a workhorse and great to look at. Every restaurant that cares even remotely about the environment should get one! Brilliant, innovative grill matched with top notch customer service.

Perfectly Plattered Catering - I have recently bought a ST900. I wanted a new grill for my catering company where I rent a kitchen off a rugby club. For me energy savings and the ability to cook high volume burgers & sausages on a match day was very important.
I had a BDM called Richard to come to see me and he spent over an hour talking through the range of grills and then matched the right one to my needs. He explained clearly the benefits and talked through the cleaning.
The sales process was easy, non pressured and installation was on time and seamless.

I cannot recommend Synergy Grill enough - I have already seen a cost saving and the teams love the food cooked on it.

We have the 900 mm one and it has transformed our steaks, it seems to sear the surface and put dark lines almost immediately then cook through gently meaning the steak is extremely succulent all the way through with the chargrill flavour on the outside. After years of having chefs moan about various chargrills I have bought, the synergy has come up trumps. It is so simple to clean as well and doesn’t seem to make the working area as hot for the chefs. I would recommend for any company looking to have something reliable, easy to use, easy to clean, and provide the product at its best. We are a 4* hotel in Devon with a busy F&B operation including bistro and functions.

What an innovation. Synergy is to grills what say Rational is in inventing the combi-oven. Massive kudos to developing an industry-changing product. There aren't many brands that are as relevant to the biggest chains as much as Michelin starred restaurants but this is it. So easy to clean, last 10 years and still going strong, and the food is as phenomenal then as when it was brand new

This is an absolute work-horse and revolutionised the restaurant. The taste of the food cooked on the grill is incredible and it's self-cleaning! Couldn't recommend it more, especially given how much money it saves in running costs and how it's making an example to the industry on how to be sustainable. Five stars.

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service, and unprofessional. Based on this and the way they behave and treat their customers which they are proudly unapologetic about it, claiming their product is superior and better, with all do respects not when you mess people around and talk down to your customers. Based on this level of service and unprofessionalism I would highly advise against or wouldn’t recommend any purchase from them, or any business with them. Their service and treatment of customers isn't great and need to learn how to treat buyers and after you messed someone around don't use hard sell tactics. For their customer service i would give them a 0 star if that was an option.
