Bought something on the 20th of December for a birthday present and have had no update what so ever. I need this gift before January 3rd and have not even received a tracking number. I’ve been trying to contact the company in so many ways and yet no reply. Have had no responses what so ever. Not even received a tracking number so don’t even know if my order is on its way or anything.

They use (evri) so I got a damaged parcel! They refuse to deal with it because my parcel was damaged on the bottom and courier took pic of good side. It was a gift so couldn’t send damage photo out of embarrassment. They are rude, they fob you off, they waste your time! AVOID! Get the products elsewhere guys. Avoid the headaches!

Well what can I say about Swizzel Matlow, apart from Wow! Wow! Wow!
I’ve bought a few hampers and that for Christmas presents. To the point that one order was to big for the courier company, so I had to split it into two orders. The hampers are personalised, which is great. I have to say that the customer service is fantastic. One of my orders went missing by the courier company (not Swizzels fault) and they sent out another one straight away.
My only criticism is they need to find a different courier company. Other then that I strongly recommend this company and yes I will be using them again and again.

I don't eat the sweets but appreciate they are iconic and trusted brand. I am reviewing on the wax melts! They are great, better than most I have used and always look out for them..= I trust them as always smell great, burn and melt good and long lasting scent... Well done on making a good product that is good quality and priced decently 🙂
