We had such a wonderful day!

We came here after already having had a ‘day out’ somewhere else. We arrived at approximately 1:15pm and didn’t leave until closing time. Entry is very reasonable pricing.

We bought 3 tubs of carrots and ended up going back for more, my son (18 months) just had the best time feeding the animals , especially the goats!

Every animal we encountered was friendly and the cows seemingly enjoyed having pats and strokes.

There’s so many animals here I’m not sure what people are talking about in some of the reviews saying they didn’t see many.

There’s so many play areas including an outdoor sand based play, ride on carts and tractors (two separate areas), trampolines, soft play, outdoor climbing frame and an undercover play area.

The small animal barn was very hands on but unfortunately we missed the lamb feeding as soo many people arrived for it. We did get to brush the guinea pigs which was lovely.

Food was lovely, both adults had jacket potato with chilli (which is very spicy) and little one had a children’s pack up box.

Prices for the gift shop are what you would expect for an attraction but not too wild.

Would definitely return and come for longer next time.

Went here with my grandson and family. We love it here,
There's fresh lovely food available in the farm shop cafe, ? and reasonably priced and brought to you too.
There's also a play area as well for the kids. And a nice gift shop area, and you can buy your fresh meat from the butchers. And while you're out and about around the farm, you can ask the butcher to put your fresh meat in the fridge and collect it later before you go home.
You get to see the animals and feed them, and theres lots of play areas for the children to play and do,
We loved the tractor ride up and down the lane.
And seeing the beautiful animal's in person and getting close to them. Make sure you keep washing your hands, and there's plenty of restrooms too.
Adorable new addition is the baby foal Donkey .
It is highly recommended you go for a visit,
We will definitely be going again
And very reasonably priced,
Great day out.

We had an amazing day at Swithens farm seeing/feeding all the animals and the pumpkin picking which is definitely the best value for money as you get so much included with your ticket price, everything was so well organised and affordable, it was so lovely being able to interact with the animals. All the staff created a lovely friendly environment, I can’t wait to go back !! 🙂

It’s a nice big farm, and it has a lot of things to do for kids, and they are extending it and introducing more things.. as we saw some work going around..

We packed our own picnic but there’s a big cafe with reasonably priced food.

The only thing I found odd was during the tractor ride most of the wood plants or Steel planks were stacked up and almost looked like a dump.. I am hoping they will remove it..

Our kids loved petting the animals, and feeding the calves..

We had a great day, the weather wasn't brilliant but it didn't stop us enjoying it. That being said I'm sure you could have loads more fun when the weather's nice here, especially in the outdoor playground. The cows loved the carrots and the bull ? is huge ?. There's lots of animals to see and they looked like they're taken good care of.

Came today for the Farmer Experience for my daughter’s 12th birthday.
There was no availability on the day we wanted so I emailed & they went above & beyond & managed to put some slots on for me to book.

We had Seb as our guide & he was amazing. Answered anything the kids asked, told them really interesting stories & facts about the animals on the farm & also other animals which they loved.
He pretty much let the kids choose what they did & when, let them go back & do things they really enjoyed. Both kids gave him 10/10 & want to do the whole experience again so much so they can’t actually choose what the best part of the day was! The 4 hours we were there absolutely flew by.

Thank you Seb for making the day so fun for them.

Had a great morning in to the afternoon, feeding the calves their milk and then going around seeing all the animals and feeding them carrots. Finished off with playing in the new improved play park ?
