I ordered shilajit. It arrived and it was like concrete. I tried to chip away at it and it wouldn’t move. It was supposed to be resin based but clearly not. It is totally unusable! I Emailed the company twice but I had no response!! I left a message on Facebook but no reply! Be careful if you place an order as there is no customer service!
