Swallows have been extremely helpful, have serviced my gearbox and diff. I had a problem with my adaptive dynamics, they sourced and rectified the problem. Great staff good communication and a great opportunity to drive their loan cars, S type-and X type. Will be going there on June the 1st to the coffee morning.
Would highly recommend and will be booking for major service later this year.

I collected my lovely 2004 XJ8 Sport from Swallows Jaguar on Friday.
I initially bought it 2 weeks ago but after arriving back home in Oxfordshire there was a slight problem. It broke a CV joint. I contacted Jack straight away and had the car recovered back to Swallows. Jack and the team sorted it all out and cleaned the Jag up ready for collection today.
I have to say it was a pleasure doing business with Swallows. Jack was extremely helpful throughout the buying process, answering my many questions and sending pictures etc. The car is fab!! Thank you.

Excellent service both technically and considerately: Reception Staff worked hard to get jobs done rapidly and thanks to Jack who got me to and from the railway stations when my car unexpectedly failed the MOT test. I bought the car from Swallows and they look after it: I prefer to keep it that way!

I've always had my XE serviced at the main dealer (Sytner, Bristol) but always felt it was somewhat pricey and the level of customer service and communication fell some way short of what I expected from a 'premium' company. It was great therefore to deal with Swallows whose staff were attentive throughout and treated me like the fellow Jag enthusiast that I am. Although they are 45 mins away rather than 10 mins to the main dealer, I will definitely be using them again and look forward to continuing my Jag journey with Swallows.

Brought a 2008 XF 4.2 sv8 from swallows jaguar picked it up 2 weeks ago so far so good , must say the service and presentation of the car was excellent, the car is as if it came out of the factory new ,also had the car ceramic coated who ever done the coating first class job ,full service quality new tires all round ,new brakes , if you want a jaguar this is the place to go don’t think you will be disappointed

Recently bought a Jaguar XJR from Jack at Swallows for my elderly father as his last motoring hoorah ☺️. Jack was incredibly helpful, chatted to me in detail about the car and sent me many photos and video of the vehicle. When I decided to go ahead he then made sure the car was checked thoroughly through the workshop with a fresh MOT and advisories rectified before letting the car leave. Jack’s dad dropped the car off in Norfolk after several hours of driving and chatted to my dad about Jag’s which are clearly a passion for both. Couldn’t recommend the team at Swallows Jaguar enough and will definitely be happy to deal with Jack again in the future.

I was very impressed with all the team I dealt with at Swallows, they listened to the problem I had and kept me fully informed as to how the work was progressing. Nothing seemed too much trouble and it made a nice change to actually speak with the technician dealing with issues rather a member of a "customer service team".
I would definitely recommend them.
