We had a 25 person BBQ to cater for. The team in Uckfield Sussex Larder were very helpful, and explained what they could do for us.

Once we placed our order, we got a call to ask how would we like the steak cut, and once I explained how we intended to cook them, we got great advice on the best cut and methods.

The choice of sausages is amazing, and what we chose was delicious. There was a lot of Gluten Free options too. The chicken pieces were large and of a very high quality. The burgers were really well seasoned and delicious. And the Sirloin Steak was beautiful.

I just want to say thanks. Eveyone commented how good the meat was, and it made a special event even better.

I’m sure your produce is great but unfortunately your staff are extremely rude and unhelpful.

Attended hilliers garden centre to collect some ham hock terrine last Saturday but was greeted with no terrine and an extremely rude butcher.

Some customer service training is very much needed for the older of the two gentlemen that were on shift that day.
