Introduction to Supra Enterprises Ltd

For individuals and businesses seeking a reliable wholesaler, Supra Enterprises Ltd presents itself as a noteworthy option. Located at 2 Watergate Ln, Braunstone Town, Leicester LE3 2XP, United Kingdom, and reachable at 1162222555, Supra Enterprises operates with a focus on supplying goods to various sectors. Their website, supra.org.uk, provides further details about their offerings and services. This report aims to furnish a comprehensive overview of the company, analyzing its operations, accessibility, and, crucially, the current customer sentiment expressed through online reviews.

Company Overview and Specialties

Supra Enterprises Ltd distinguishes itself primarily as a wholesaler, suggesting a business model geared towards supplying larger quantities of goods to other businesses – retailers, distributors, or potentially other industrial clients. While the specific range of products they wholesale remains somewhat opaque without deeper investigation on their website, the nature of a wholesaler implies a broad selection, likely encompassing a diverse array of materials or finished products. It’s important to note that the company’s operational scale is not readily apparent from publicly available information, necessitating direct contact for a more detailed understanding of their inventory and target markets.

Location and Accessibility

The physical location of Supra Enterprises at 2 Watergate Ln, Braunstone Town, Leicester LE3 2XP, United Kingdom, is a key consideration for potential clients. Braunstone Town itself is a residential area within Leicester, making access potentially more challenging for some visitors. However, the company demonstrates a commitment to inclusivity by providing a wheelchair-accessible car park and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. This accessibility feature is a significant positive, indicating a dedication to serving a wider customer base and adhering to accessibility standards. The proximity to Leicester’s transport links could also be beneficial, though further investigation into local public transport options would be prudent.

Customer Opinions and Reviews

Currently, Supra Enterprises Ltd holds a single review on Google My Business, with an average opinion of 1/5. This extremely low average score raises significant concerns and demands careful scrutiny. A single negative review carries limited weight, but the low score suggests a substantial underlying issue impacting customer satisfaction. It's vital to consider that this review may be an outlier, but the fact that it’s the *only* review available warrants immediate attention. Further research, including attempts to find additional reviews on other platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, industry-specific forums), is strongly recommended before engaging with this supplier.

Recommendations for Potential Clients

Given the current negative feedback, prospective clients should proceed with caution when considering Supra Enterprises Ltd. Here’s a structured set of recommendations:

  • Contact the Company Directly: Prior to any significant order, contact Supra Enterprises via phone or through their website to directly address the concerns raised by the single negative review. Inquire about the nature of the complaint and what steps they’ve taken to rectify the situation.
  • Request Further Information: Obtain a detailed product catalog and pricing schedule. Understand the scope of their wholesale operations, including delivery options and payment terms.
  • Seek Independent Verification: Attempt to locate additional reviews or testimonials from other clients. Consider contacting industry peers for insights into the company's reputation.
  • Start with a Small Order: If a decision is made to proceed, initiate with a small test order to assess the quality of their products and the reliability of their service.
  • Document Everything: Maintain meticulous records of all communication, orders, and deliveries to protect your interests.

Despite the concerning review score, the company’s commitment to accessibility is a positive attribute. However, the overwhelmingly negative customer feedback necessitates a thorough and cautious approach. A comprehensive risk assessment, considering potential supply chain disruptions or quality issues, is highly advisable before establishing a formal business relationship. The wholesaler business model itself can be challenging, and the lack of transparency surrounding their operational details makes due diligence even more crucial. Ultimately, potential clients should prioritize protecting their business interests by conducting exhaustive research and implementing appropriate safeguards.

I ordered 2 tubs of Drapolene from this company at a cost of £26.98. They took the money from my credit card and showed me the attached screen confirming my order. Unknown to me, they apparently lost contact with their bank and my money disappeared. They then cancelled my order rather than investigating the problem.
Several days later the goods had not arrived so I contacted them. They said they had not received any money from me and would not be processing my order. They then continued with this story for several days during which time I sent them 3 emails including one where I showed the money being taken from my Visa card. I also phoned them to explain the problem but they refused to listen and did not look into the problem.
I raised a dispute with my bank and told them I had done this. They still insisted they did not have my money. Then somehow they magically found it and it was finally returned to me but by this time I had wasted several hours of my time pursuing the problem and they never offered me any form of compensation.
