AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered something for my horse from this site as the prices were very reasonable. Obviously get what you pay for as 5 working days later my item had not arrived and I had heard nothing from the company, not even a confirmation email. Luckily I had my Paypal receipt for proof. I needed the item I had ordered within those 5 working days (says on website 3-5 working days delivery) and once I realised it was not coming within that time scale having been the sixth day I then called the company. I rang a mobile number which was a bit strange but never mind, anyway the woman who answered just said oh well because of the heat it's slowed us down sending out parcels and your parcel will probably be there in another two days or so, she said ' We will pack it now'. I said I was not happy as no one had informed me that there would be a delay and the fact it had not even been packed to go until I called. Did I get even an apology ... nope nothing at all ! All she said was ' Well that's all I can do'. I was very polite on the phone although now I wish I had not been. I asked for my postage to be refunded by using the contact us form on the website and no one has bothered to contact me or refund me the money. Finally my item arrived several days later on a Saturday They obviously don't post parcels until you prompt them. Will never be using this company again. Customer service is shocking. Apparently they were closed as per reply but I was not informed of this.

Their on line catalogue appears to be out of date, I ordered some Hoggs cord trousers but email came back saying they were out of stock, but looking on Hoggs own web site they are a discontinued item. I dont think the company actually stock products but order them straight from manufactures. I tried phoning the mobile number but no reply and they did not ring me back. But I did ring on a Saturday but looking then on their web site they only open Monday to Friday : 09.00 to 16.00 (09.00 - 12.30 Friday) I would have thought they would be open on a Saturday morning

Excellent service. Was a little concerned after seeing previous one star review on Google but I needn't have worried. The price was the best I could find and delivery was super fast - arrived well ahead of estimate. Thank you!
