AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! This is possibly the worst service I have ever received and the recent reviews suggest I am not the only one to receive such poor service. I would strongly recommend avoiding, particularly if you are a small business as you will just get forgotten about. The fees are much higher than their competitors and they sell it on the basis you will receive a premium service. That is not the case. Their T&Cs state they will create the formula within 28 days. I have been waiting over 2 months and still no closer to having my formula finalised. I am constantly having to chase after weeks of no progress or communication. I complained about the lack of progress being made and that I was clearly being forgotten about. The response was disappointing to say the least. The group CRO’s response was that they decided to send all of their staff away to an event so there was nowhere to do the work and that was apparently an ‘external factor’ and these factors are excluded from their T&Cs and so there was nothing they could do. Since raising a complaint nothing has changed and I still get radio silence with nothing being progressed . I’ve had to send another chaser and complaint this morning. It would be nice if they could actually do some work on my product without me having to chase them to do so every 2 weeks.

I’ve worked with numerous factories, but SupplementFactoryUK is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent. Their timelines are a complete joke—slow R&D, sluggish communication, and zero accountability. Our bulk order, promised to be completed in 2 months, wasn’t even 1/3 done after that timeframe! The staff are incredibly rude, and even the boss shows no interest in resolving complaints or taking responsibility. Their inability to deliver even 50k pouches is disgraceful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this nightmare of a manufacturer.
