I have used their vending machine at Queens Hospital London they took the payment but the coffee didn’t came out. They are scammers. This is totally fraud. Don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your time and report these to fraud department. I have video which is which shows the proof. Thank you.

Merrily charging for maintenance until someone noticed it had never been maintained. No hint of an apology from the director when I called to complain, just a disinterested attitude. Requested credit note on many occasions and never got it, or an apology, from anyone in the company. Just recently had it serviced via our own contact and the water tastes completely different. Makes you wonder how unhealthy the water was we'd been drinking for 2 years- especially for a pregnant woman. Not impressed and would never recommend.

Their systems works fine, until they don't, then you will found out how poorer is their customer service. They provide a phone number that's always unavailable, irrespective of their service hours.
