Hi I bought your black sesame mochi from loon fung and I have to say it's really unacceptable, the taste is not nice at all. I really regret buying it like honestly. and it cost £4+, i only ate 1 pc and I'm now wondering what to do with the rest!

Very good quality and taste.
Shameful to see negative reviews below.
Growing of a mould means it doesn’t have much preservatives, which is good. It should be stored in the fridge as the label says.
I have no relations with this company.

So so glad to find good mochi in this country in over 6 years. This food is totally ok with my son who has atopic skin irritation with not so good food.

Tried to find website to order a lot directly but so shameful not to find website. That’s the only downside of this company 😉

Delicious mochi with good filling to wrapper ratio. This bakery distributes their products to be sold by other retailers and if those those retailers don't store them correctly, compromise the seals, or sell them past their before that's where the problems arise. If you go to a reputable store then you'll receive them at their full quality, I get mine from Lim's in Glasgow.

Tastes pretty much handmade, no chemical scent or taste like other cheaper store bought, nor any powdery texture. Flavours are full, rich, and satisfying, I struggle more than two at a time, which is a good thing in my books. Wish i could find and afford these more often.

The negative reviews seem to be down to the retailers fault, not the bakery. The packaging clearly states to store below 5 degrees, in other words they need refrigerating. The products even contain a preservative, so for them to grow mould, they'd have to be stored out of refrigeration for an extended period of time, or had the packaging breached slightly.
