Was meant to deliver item but said they ran into an issue. Despite Amazon confirming the order is still pending delivery, Sun Exotic Wholesale are lying stating they attempted delivery when I was home all day Sunday and sent proof of attached. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Absolutely impeccable service, the only thing this company could possibly do to improve thier service would be to hand deliver and have a marching band to announce the massive amount of money i just saved on monster to all my neighbours. Easy to order, was updated through every step and very quick delivery, 2 days from order. Sun Exotic thank you for being in business and keep up the amazing work. You now have a customer for the remainder of your business. 👍👍👍

Started off fine, last two deliveries went missing, replacement went missing and took over 2 weeks for them to accept that and refund me. Didnt bother to find out where the deliveries were sent.Very poor customer service, all sorry but no action to find out where things were delivered too. Then tried to call me out for this review so it will be staying up as I take this further.

My order was missed somehow so it took ten days to arrive but after contacting Sun Exotic Warehouse Nihat emailed me back straight away and assured me I would receive my order the following day (plus some freebies as way of an apology). That was yesterday and the order has just been delivered 👍🏻 Thank-you.

I called their number as I had a 2 very simple questions prior to placing it and the lady on the phone was so rude and disengaged, like it was too much trouble just to say hello, let alone answer a question that I would rather pay more and order elsewhere as I don’t want to deal with her should I not receive the order as some of the reviews suggest as I am not sure she could cope with it 🥴.
