Used to love Stuff'd a couple months back. I would always get the tuna baguette that would be filled with tuna and cucumber but now the sandwich filler is tuna and sweetcorn.

Since it's a pre-mixed filler on the counter I wasn't sure whether this could be changed but I really don't like sweetcorn and I'm disappointed the baguette no longer has cucumber in it too.

To the owners of Stuff’d, Shack and 350 Burger outlets: I’m absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism I witnessed earlier today. Serious training (and sackings!) are needed urgently if these places are going to have a bright future.

A customer of the Shack chicken place (also owned by the same Rebel’s Quarter company) was mocked by staff at this outlet (Stuff’d) after a member of staff from Shack wondered over to natter to 350 Burger and Stuff’d employees (I assume they all work for the same company and mingle between all the outlets) — Young ladies and gentlemen, please understand that you’re all talking loud enough for your other customers to hear you!! They were basically laughing about another customer’s buzzer device not going off (or should I say in their words… the customer “not hearing it!”) whilst the customer was still in the building. What an appalling bunch of people.

To think that a local counsellor in the town runs these outlets is beyond me. Do not give your hard earned pennies to this company.

Really disappointed tbh
Big fan of the new chicken shack and 350 burger (same owners) but this was no where near as good .

Ordered delivery , food arrived cold (we live 2 minute drive away) , cheese on the toasties (all 3) not even melted properly on the inside or out . The fillings … barely any… not even half the bread covered . Mac n cheese also cold .

A real shame … hoping it’s just a one off but won’t be ordering again .

Literally never miss. Quick delivery and large portions, with freshly baked baguettes and a lovely little salad to boot. Order from here frequently and will continue to do so.
