Naomi and her team at Studio 28 Patisserie made our wedding cake this year and we could not thank her and the team enough. The cake was more beautiful than I could have imagined - more importantly, it tasted out of this world! So many of our guests commented on how delicious it was.

Naomi was so accommodating at every stage - from initial enquiry, to design all the way through to helping to arrange delivery. Naomi was also amazing in picking up our cake order just a few months before the wedding when unfortunately our previous supplier was no longer able to provide our cake.

Honestly could not recommend Studio 28 Patisserie enough!

The shop was a little hard to find at first and to be honest, it seemed so normal to me, just like other little patisserie we can find in any local areas normally. But it tastes SO much better than it looks. Not overly sweet, simple and delicious. The cakes and chocolate are beatiful and the staff are very friendly too.

Had a workshop at Studio 28 for tempering chocolate and I really feel I learned a lot! You can see the expertise in patisserie the crew at Studio 28 has and was such a fun (but overall delicious) experience. I recommend them a 100% and will definitely be keeping an eye on more workshops.

Had some of the chocolate tart from the Jesmond food market and wow, it is the best chocolate tart I have ever had! Absolutely delicious, fantastic quality and great price. I will definitely be visiting the main cafe and can’t recommend the products enough!

An excellent place for Saturday breakfast or just a treat at any time. There is a good selection of beautiful cakes and pastries to choose from, as well as some of the best coffee in the city. Studio 28 is the equal of any continental patisserie or konditorei. In addition to their top quality baked goods they also have exquisite handmade chocolates. There is plenty of inexpensive car parking close by as well as other quality specialist businesses to visit and enjoy. I will be going again.

Hot chocolate and coffee are delicious, the cakes out of this world. It's not just a nice looking place with standard prices: the quality is way above what you'd get anywhere else. On top of it, the staff is very friendly and there are lovely vegan options

Divine-tasting artisan chocolates (I'd highly recommend the ginger and salted caramel truffles) and ... yeah I think it'd be fair to say the best coffee I've ever tried. The lady behind it all is fantastic, and has such a passion for her craft!
