Excellent company to deal with. We have used Stubwood many times for septic tank emptying and very badly blocked drains, they have always managed to sort the worst blockages. Very quick to respond. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and special mention and thanks to Ant, the operator, who is just brilliant. We have had some real problems with old drains and he always manages to unblock. Thank you for an excellent, friendly, professional service.

Adam and co-pilot Ant literally saved our Christmas!!!!
Boxing Day late afternoon and Utter despair and panic with 14 family members arriving tomorrow and toilets backing up. No answer or call back from our usual tank company CJP Environmental…. They’ve lost a customer.
Not only did Stubwood answer the phone but Adam called me back in 5 minutes after hearing the problem (he said he’d call back within 10 mins) and said they’d be with us within 90 minutes. My expectations were managed …, it was Boxing Day afterall…., but imagine my surprise when they turned up WITHIN 60 MINUTES.
I will never be using anyone else again. Thank you STUBWOOD UK for ACTUALLY saving our Christmas.

My parents broke down with their caravan today on the A515 near Ashbourne and two guys from Stubwood stopped to help them out. They couldn’t do enough for my parents and even risked their lives working around the caravan and even going underneath it to be able to get the caravan moving again. Their kindness is so very much appreciated and they have restored our faith in humanity!
A huge Thankyou to these two men, we wish there was more we could do to show our thanks and appreciation to you!

We discovered an issue with our sceptic tank late on a Saturday afternoon. The manhole hatch at the tank was close to overflowing. I tried checking for any obvious blocks at the entry to the tank, but couldn't find a problem. I called the Stubwood Helpline first thing on the Sunday morning, within 2 hours, help was at hand to empty the tank and any blockages.
We are hugely appreciative for the friendly and prompt service. Made a real difference and prevented the tank overflowing onto our lawn.
Great job, great people and we will certainly use Stubwood for our future sceptic tank servicing.
