Brought my ride-on lawnmower to Stubbings wondering why it was leaving uncut streaks - not only did they diagnose the problem in two minutes, they had it fixed in 15. But better than that, Simon (smooth as a whistle) Andy (looks like Simon but slightly hairier) and Sooty (is there anything this man couldn't fix?) were kind, funny, helpful and encouraging. If there were more people like this in the world, we'd be in a much better place. Thank you. In the words of Arnold Schwarznegger, I'll be back.

Outstanding!

Great service, any equipment problems were dealt with on the same day they were reported. Any equipment not able to be repaired on site was immediately replaced.

Great customer service, always very helpful with any enquiries, problems and advice.

Not was ever to much trouble!

Would highly recommend.

We bought the Jansen chipper 1500gts, good service by SB, but awful machine. Disappointing to see a knowledgeable company sell what is widely considered, and not just my view, a poor quality machine.

Great service and very helpful. I bought a mower I used for a month and developed a minor problem but also it didn't fulfill my needs , as I'm a gardener I needed a more all round mower , so after giving me useful information and advise without being pushy managed to do a deal for me on a Toro commercial mower . I've only had the mower for a week so i can only comment based on that but it's extremely well made and does everything and more I need it to do , a fantastic machine . Very good company willing to help and advise . Jason
