A beautiful collection of honeys, from a family run business that really cares and knows their stuff. Try the whisky honey too!

If I didn't have weight restrictions on the flight home, would have stocked up on preserves too!

We bought some heather honey while staying in Conon Bridge on holiday and loved it. We just stopped in and were made very welcome. It was lovely to hear about the bees and their summer move - thank you.

When travelling home to Orkney from trips south one of our refreshment stops is the Storehouse on the A9 where their shop happens to sell Struan honey, tried it for the first time (both heather and blossom) a year or so back and I'm hooked! The blossom honey is lovely but the heather takes it to another level, quite honestly the best I've had anywhere, so impressed that I've completed a couple of online orders now and the service, like their honey, is exemplary. Highly recommended.

Struan Aparies honey is the best by far. Always have a jar of the blossom honey in the cupboard. My daughter uses it instead of sugar in her tea. Their preserves are really tasty too and they have a good selection to choose from. Have also ordered hampers which make great Christmas presents. It’s a lovely, welcoming small family run business. Highly recommend

This honey makes me happy in so many ways: its thickness (is that really how the bees create it?), the scent and taste -sweetness and piquantness- of the heather, the feeling that connects me to my ancestral and spiritual home. God’s perfect food - beautiful!
