i have been in this shop now on several occasions and have been very happy with the work done every time. his prices are very reasonable. i have had 2 phones fixed and a switch that he really did have trouble fixing but still managed to do it.

I can’t recommend Strood Computers & Phones Repair Service highly enough!

Ola is truly one of a kind — honest, extremely helpful, and always ready with a warm smile.

I've had multiple phones repaired here over the years, and even purchased new handsets too. Each time, the service has been exceptional.

What really sets Ola apart is his integrity. Unlike other shops I've visited, he won’t try to upsell or charge for unnecessary repairs. If the problem is something as simple as dirt in the charging port, he'll clean it out on the spot rather than pretending it's a bigger issue — a rare find these days!

No job is ever too big or too small for Ola. Whether it's a quick fix or a full repair, he handles everything with care, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

My phone battery was never charging. Other places were trying to charge me for a new port £50/60

I went to this place he offered to clean it for a quarter of the price first, and then change the port if necessary. One clean later phone chargers no issues. I’d recommend

Wonderful service from this great guy. I have had repairs done on 3 occasions, and each time they could not have been better, and at a very reasonable price. Ola is a delightful, friendly guy who goes out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. I have recommended him to all my friends, and they have had the same reaction. You really could not get better service.

Have used this shop numerous times and have always been very impressed. The gentleman h even managed to repair partners phone after it had been runover by a lorry. Took phone in as charging port wasn't working properly. New part ordered and phone repaired and back with me within a couple.of.hours. As usual all done with a big smile and great customer service. I'm sure we will be back when we break something else

I came to this store to be helped with a broken phone. This gentleman showed patience and checked my laptop for free, coming up with a solution.

A few days later, I dropped the phone and destroyed the display. The phone was non-functional and I was very sad. I came again to this repair shop and in 12 hours and the phone was as good as new. And all this very cheap.

I recommend this workshop with an open heart, the owner is an empathetic and good person who will solve any problem for you on the spot or in a few hours. Before I discovered him, I couldn't find a workshop as good as this from here to London. Until now, I had my repairs done in my country, 2000 miles away, imagine how difficult it was.

I visited Strood Computers & Phones Repair Service this morning to get my son’s iPad fixed, and honestly, I was blown away by the service. The man who runs the shop was absolutely brilliant—really friendly, approachable, and just a fun person to chat with. He had such a warm, down-to-earth vibe that made the whole experience easy and pleasant from the moment I walked in.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, and you could tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and helping people out. By the end of the day, the iPad was fully fixed and looking good as new—and at a really affordable price too, which was a massive bonus.

On top of that, he even put a screen protector on for my son, which I hadn’t expected at all—it came with the new screen and he didn’t charge anything extra. It’s little touches like that which show how much pride he takes in his work.

I’d happily recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Great service, great value, and run by someone who’s not just good at what he does but is also a genuinely nice, fun guy. I’ll 100% be going back here for any future phone or tablet repairs.
