Ordered stock for delivery the next day on Friday 19th March. Was told several times delivery was on its way 100% having valued Stratford waiting for delivery and yet no sign (22nd March). Weekend is the busiest period for us for ice cream sales so we missed out. Considering we ordered 13 cases having previously ordered way more I am disappointed by this unprofessional behaviour. We do grocery deliveries ourselves and if we are a little delayed we would ALWAYS inform the customer. We informed our customers that we were awaiting deliveries but as it didn't materialise they were left disappointed and us embarrassed.

Normally very good but called about a query and was immediately ridiculed by a man, very rude and condescending. He should not be allowed to treat women let alone customers in that way.
