My son started attending the nursery about 6 months ago after quite a negative experience with one of the local chain nurseries in the area, and I am so glad he did. The girls welcome my son in every morning with such enthusiasm and warmth. I feel almost as if I'm dropping him off at a friend's house instead of a nursery. I feel so pleased that I found this little place, my sons feet start kicking in the car seat as soon as we pull up because he can barley contain his excitement. And if that doesn't make you feel safe to leave your kid with people you don't know, im not sure what will. Thank you to everyone who is part of that process.

The nursery provided inadequate care for my baby boy, who I have now had to remove from the setting as I don’t feel they cared for him appropriately and they still had the cheek to demand money to cover a notice period 😡 my son entered the nursery with controlled eczema and left with raw skin due to not being creamed when told to and provided with the cream and is now on a steroid cream provided by his doctors as his skin was that sore, they were unable to find his own items of clothing in his own bag on his own peg so they decided to dress him on wool clothing in hot weather with no sun cream. I certainly wouldn’t recommend and looking at the other reviews I’m not the only one! I wish I’d of seen these at the beginning I’m absolutely appalled with the standard of care I have worked in childcare and SEN settings for a number of years and the standards and professionalism towards a complaint is disgusting

My grandson attends this setting. Staff are professional and care about the children. The setting has a excellent range of facilities and activities. He often talks about friends and what they have done.
Great communication from staff about his day. Staff worked hard during covid to ensure the setting was safe and parents/carers we informed.
I am particularly pleased to see the nursery welcomes children who need additional support to reach their potential.
The nursery is also priced at a level that ensures families can continue to work and access childcare.
But most importantly my grandson is happy to attend the setting and is growing and developing in their care.

Unprofessional and unreliable service. Plus my son started receiving bruises whilst going and when asked they would always reply we didnt see what happened. My son eventually got scared of going. They also kept losing his things and then saying we never provided it. There were a lot more minor unprofessional things, but overall I felt there was a danger to my child going here so took him out.

My daughter attends breakfast, after-school and holiday club and has done so since she was 4, she's now 11 and she loves it! Lots of activities for her to do, she's made friends from other schools..staff are kind, funny and caring ( her own words) I would highly recommend!
