I have to shop online for my school as they don't stock the items in store. The quality of clothes and service is OK. However: the cost for the items could be slightly lower and delivery over let's say £100 could be free. Small things that could help families to save up.

10 out of 10! Beautiful crockery, great price and fast delivery. Customer service is excellent. Stephensons took time to listen to our needs and specifications. The crockery has added a lovely sparkle to our coffee shop and we have received lovely comments about the range.

A great place to acquire all you need for the catering and hospitality business, or for your own personal use. Great variety of products, staff where very helpful and friendly. We got everything we went in for. We've used Stephensons several times, the quality of the products is in my eyes of a higher standard than your average supermarket. I highly recommend ?

This is my first time ever buying stock from Stephensons and not sure about their delivery service. So before checking out I called seeking either 24 or a 48 hour delivery service. Given the time I was placing the order, I wasn't so sure, but my order arrived 24 hours later. I give many thanks to Paul and team for accommodating my order.

Placed an order via a payment link that was sent to me, secure and easy. Got an order no. but no email confirmation, I went into the site but saw no order for me and showing nil stock. Fearing the worst, I queried this next day and was told my order was picked, packed and to expect it soon. Happy days.
