Just a short email to thank you for the exceptional service I've received while purchasing my new Pilla Razors. Communication from yourself was second to non. Delivery received this morning (Next Day) and to say I'm happy is an understatement. The difference in these new lenses to my old X7 Outlaws is immense.

I initially spoke to Tom on the phone regarding Pilla Glasses and lenses and then agreed to go up and see him . I came from the Isle of Wight so a bit of a trip. However well worth it. Tom was super helpful and gave a lot of advice on what was best for me as I needed prescription inserts. After spending some time trying on a range of lenses I bought a kit that was bespoke to me. Super happy with my purchase. Also bought cartridges, gloves and a jacket!

Toms shop is beautifully presented with a range of shooting items and I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy Pilla glasses to go and visit Tom you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service and friendly team, very relaxed and knowledgeable. Although they carry a lot of stock the boot size I wanted were out so they ordered a pair up which arrived 2 days later, highly recommend.

Turned up early Saturday morning welcomed in by Charlotte very friendly and helpful as I had no idea what pilla lenses to go for she when through all the options and end up with 12 cibb and 40 cn lenses left very happy well Worth the hour drive down Super customer service keep up the good work

I managed to lose a screw from a pair of Pilla Vigilante glasses, which made them unwearable. Tom at Starkey Outdoor, manage to get me the screws and post them out the next day. Now thats what I calll firdt class customer service!

Wow Wow....What can I say. I have been trying so many glasses then was told to try Starkey Headsets. Finally have my Pilla glasses and never going back. Expensive but worth every penny. They also gave me great advice and they were right. Ordered at 4pm and received them the next day. Thank you so much . Ally xx
