This place has a variety of food stalls. I loved the Moroccan chicken and some delicious venison, bacon, chicken, and vegetable pastries—all fantastic! I brought home some. Then I stopped by the store. I didn't realise it would be so beautiful, with a variety of blouses, dresses, cotton and linen trousers, and beautiful leather bags. A restaurant and cafe with a selection of delicious snacks and some wood and ceramic crafts, and the people were lovely! I loved it and I must go back! Cheers

Nice market area with many small traders. There seems to be a lot of street food outlets, but they all serve their own cuisine which creates an interesting display of possibilities.

Pleasant surprise on a Saturday tourist walk about. Nice selection of stalls, from vintage and second hand clothes to craftwork to antique stuff like books and prints. Found a stall with witty lapel pins and bags. The prices are fair. Even though it looks and feels posh: the stall hosts are super friendly and up for a chat regardless of whether you buy or just browse.

Friendly, delicious and a new favourite!

Came as a recommendation, did not disappoint. Busy lunchtime rush but I got through the queue quickly. Vegan options were plenty, well explained also. I chose a Sharer bowl and it was huge, loads of options.

Mostly the people serving and running it were in a really good mood and made it such a warm, memorable experience 🙏🏾☺️💚

This market is very quirky! So many different types of stalls that promote handmade craft from the UK.
It's not often you come across places like this, but it was a blessing to see.
I did make a few purchases to support small businesses.
I will be back later on in the year to explore it some more.
Everyone I met there was friendly and polite.
Do visit here if you are ever in Bristol!

St Nicholas Market is a real treasure in the centre of Bristol! Yes, it can be a bit confusing at first - narrow aisles, lots of little shops and twists and turns, but that's the charm of it. You can find everything from street food from around the world to unique souvenirs, antiques and vinyl. The place is lively, atmospheric and very authentic. It perfectly captures the spirit of the city - bright, different and a bit chaotic. The main thing is not to hurry, just go and discover new things at every step.
