Church hall hire review

Potentially a great venue. Attended a children’s birthday party here. Firstly when you hire it; they send you a code to open the key safe. My client did not know this so we had a panic of not being able to enter for 20 minutes.

On the day there is nobody to contact in case of any issues. Their phone number doesn’t work! The hall is a good size for a children’s birthday party or family event but quite echoey so makes it noisy and entertainment not as good. It was also quite dirty. I had to sweep the stage and the floor needed sweeping too.

Big hall, good space for any type of event. My second visit there on a blood drive, our girls and boys at the NHSBT are amazing people, very friendly and ease your time there.

Went to give blood at this venue and enjoyed the experience.
Nice to see the carved white doves on the ceiling whilst donating.
Enjoyed a selection of biscuits afterwards.
