Do not trust this company...

On 6th August Mr Sorrenti delivered a brand new capsule filler with 3 sets of size parts.

The next morning we had to remove the disc holder as it was out of alignment and was horrified to see the main bearings were completely rusted up and stood in a pool of water, the feed hopper has a vent pipe with no vent hole, the ring sets are badly pitted and scratched.

The closing station doesn’t close just to mention a few faults that make this machine NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
After many attempts by phone, email, text, whats App there was no response from Mr Sorrenti only from Zoe to say how embarrassed she was.

After a week he apologised and said he would send a replacement machine the next day. Three weeks later still no machine, still no response.

This company should not be trading and we will contact Trading standards to ensure that no more of these unfit and unsafe (as no CE cert) machines are sold.
