Sunday lunch in the main restaurant was delightful. The physical warmth that hits you from arriving at the entrance to the friendly and attentive service leads up to a meal of Michelin quality but without any of the pretence that goes with it. Every ingredient on the Sunday lunch menu had a stand out flavour in its own right leaving the roast beef to take centre stage.
Thank you to Seamus and his team for making my wife’s birthday lunch so memorable and for Mario and the front of house team for making sure that the art of hospitality delivered on the interpersonal front.
We must have told at least ten people about it since yesterday and we will keep talking about it I am sure. A proper job indeed and a true find indeed.

Fantastic experience on the tour and tasting. Steve was a fantastic tour guide and the wines were divine! I’d strongly recommend this for anyone who is interested in wines or just fancies a unique day out not too far from London (my partner and I travelled by public transport from central London and it was very easy to get to).

We had a lovely afternoon by the cellar cafe. They serve wine flights, by the glass, bottles not only Squerryes but international wines, there’s a food truck, a cafe, cheese and charcuterie boards besides the restaurant and the brewery.

Visited in May 2021. Overall a positive experience. Would recommend to friends. Lovely location, the atmosphere is relaxed and the terrace is perfect to enjoy a nice lunch in the sun ☀️(5/5).
Overall food is good and well priced. Sparkling wines are worth trying, especially the rosè (4/5). The big area for improvement is service (2/5) For instance, wine bottles aren’t opened in front of customers and no presentation or description of their wines is given (which is surprising considering it’s a winery). Another example would be that different courses were served but cutlery was forgotten and we had to ask a few different waiters for help.
It’s a pity that this happened, because I believe that overall Squerreys has been a good and recommendable experience.

Squerryes hosted our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the whole day. We had the ceremony at the Court followed by the reception at the winery.

The whole team were super professional and friendly. The day went exactly to plan and the team were always on hand to make sure everything was running to time. We were able to just enjoy every minute as we could trust Squerryes had everything covered.

One of the reasons we chose Squerryes is because we knew their food was excellent. This didn't disappoint and multiple guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. They even designed the menu around our own tastes.

It's also lovely to be able to welcome everyone with a glass of Squerryes own sparkling wine, grown on site.

We would highly recommend Squerryes for a wedding that you can really make personal in beautiful surroundings. We would also recommend just visiting for a meal too!

A truly wonderful and unforgettable experience.

I chose Squerryes Winery as the venue to propose to my partner and it couldn’t have been more perfect in every possible way.

Everything, from the venue and location, the staff on the day (Vicki was amazing) the estate owner Henry’s kind words and gesture, the beautiful food and their own Squerryes estate wine was excellent.

The restaurant ambience, the quality of food and the overall kindness and compassion of everybody at Squerryes made for an unforgettable experience.

We can’t wait to return to try their famous Sunday Roast.

Thank you all so much, Daniel & Berna xx

For the posh look and feel the food is marginal. The starter squid was pretty alright but the main was a let down, the rump steak lacking taste and the octopus paired with pickled artichokes didn't quite sit right. cutlery not clean ... Glasses smelling of egg ... Overall a poor performance. Staff are very friendly and professional.

The food was OK. Nothing special for the price they charge.

It's a really nice restaurant. However, there was a 40th birthday party going on downstairs with a really loud PA meaning that our pleasant meal felt like we were upstairs from a club with no sound insulation. The bass was rumbling through our heads all night meaning that it was not a relaxing evening at all.
