Great fishery. Plenty of stock, was hard fishing today but still pulled a awesome mirror carp out. It has day ticket, so great to try it out. All surrounds neatly trimmed and plenty of pegs. Also has a toilet which is a big plus. Definitely going to go again.

Fished the top pond this week three times for a total of about 15 hours and I've had 18 carp from 4 to 12lb lost a fair few aswell. Catching them all on red hookbaits. Margins fish well! The bottom pond is a perfect pond for beginners with plenty of roach to be had. Friendly owner and Picturesque settings.

I have spent several weeks now fishing at Spring End Farm, 2 ponds one being around 30 years old and an newer top pond at around 9 years old..What a fantastic fishery! The bottom pond has some massive fish lurking within ,Carp to 20lb, Tench into double figures and Chub to 7lb! plenty of Roach to be had too.The top pond is home to some big fish too a 20lb Common! some beautiful Koi along with lots of Mirror Carp around 6lb+ that put up a great fight, Barble, Tench and Chub.The setting is idyllic with fields of Sheep and now with Lambs, Horses and sometimes the sight of Phil the owners 4 dogs. Parking is just alongside the bottom pond and can be viewed from both ponds. Money is collected on the bank £8 dawn until dusk. very well worth a visit! 5stars without a doubt!

Brilliant place to fish, the owner is very friendly and happy to let you set up and come back for the ticket money later, loads of roach and the quality of the fish are second to none. Loads of small carp 2 - 6 lb and several whoppers. 2 ponds, firsh is well established 20ft from the car park, fish everywhere but the carp hug the margins and around the island, second pond has a range of general coarse water fish and a good head of large carp. Brilliant place to take the kidsor anyone new to fishing. Great sport on light tackle on a pole or rod and line, would throughly recommend this little jewel.
