I have recently purchased 3 orchids using their website and everything was ok. However I am sorry to say contacting them via WhatsApp has not been a positive experience. I reached out to them to ask about an orchid that has been out of stock on their website for a while. They initially replied they had one left and I could get it. When I asked to send a picture before I make a decision they said they were not able at that moment. I promptly asked about the price and if I could collect in person. They did not reply for 2 weeks before I texted them again to follow up. It was only then they replied saying the orchid had been sold to someone else.

Edit after owner's reply: They have promptly messaged me on Whatsapp with the following.

"Did you just leave a 1* review? That was not a very nice thing to do... I only wanted to help but realised it was already sold.... I do not have to explain why we have got no plants in stock either. I dont think you understand what you did First of all the plant was out of stock and I thought we had one but was already sold just not sent ..secondly I do not have to explain why we do not have an item in stock Also you left a feedback for something you did not buy! It is not acceptable and would appreciate an honest feedback for items actually bought not for a conversation!".

Now, my review is on my experience as a whole with the business. I took great care to meniion that I have purchased on their website and received healthy plants. I hope they can learn from mistakes and have a more professional attitude going forward.

Excellent customer service. I asked for advice before placing my order and recieved a response within a matter of hours. The plants arrived very quickly and were packed very safely. The delivery driver had not read the 'keep this way up, live plants' text on the box and handed it to me upside down. This hadn't mattered because the plants had obviously had a lot of time and care being wrapped in newspaper and padding to keep them secure and moist. Fantastic company.

Unfortunately DPD where careless with my order. Leaving the box squashed and one orchid damaged. The plants where well packed which spared them the worse of the poor handling. The customer service was very good, sorting this out in few hours. It's a shame our parcel services are so poor when it comes to fragile items. Zsuzsanna was very helpful and this doesn't reflect on the products or company. I have bought of them before on eBay and will buy again either from the shop or eBay.
