I would not recommend ordering something from this seller! I ordered from this seller through Amazon and they have sent me the wrong product. Every attempt to solve this problem with the seller has failed.

I have tried to solve the problem with the help of the Amazon customer service. Employees have reached out to the seller twice to explain that they have sent me the wrong item. One of the employees asked the seller to send a free shipping label in order to return the item. Twice the company has responded saying that they are sorry that my item was damaged and asking if I could send pictures so that they could contact their shipping courier. The item wasn't damaged and the employees have made that very clear. Their responses did not make any sense.

After a while another Amazon employee told me to report my return. After I did this I received a shipping label, but it wasn't pre-paid by the seller. I also did not receive an option to return it to somewhere in the Netherlands or Belgium or to receive a refund without having to return the item. This is something that the seller is obligated to do according to the Amazon customer service! Thankfully the Amazon customer service has given me a refund thank to the A-Z claim.

After leaving a 1 star review on Amazon the seller asked me to send pictures of the package and the item. So I did. The seller responded saying that they hoped that I did not read their e-mail and that I need to send them the pictures in order for them to solve the problem?

I really don't know what is going on with this company. Their communication doesn't make any sense.

We all make mistakes. We differ, however, in how quickly we admit them, and how honourably we correct them.

When I saw an item usually sold for £20+ listed online by Spellbound for £6.95, I jumped on the bargain. I didn't try to exploit them; I only ordered one. The next day, they realized their mistake, and corrected the price to £36.95.

But what to do with the one I ordered? An honourable seller would abide by the sale, and supply the item for the agreed upon price. A slightly less honourable seller would apologize for the mistake, and offer some kind of compromise, perhaps.

But Spellbound did neither. Instead, they took my money, and shipped nothing. After waiting for five weeks, I contacted them. They suggested that maybe it was delivered to a neighbour, or a family member (who? I'm at home alone each day when the postman delivers) signed for it. They then claimed to have sent another one, which, like the first, never arrived. Only at that point, three months after I placed the order, did they offer a refund. By then, of course, it was too late to leave seller feedback on the website, and they could maintain their high (but recently declining) rating on the site.

I'm not suggesting there was any fraud involved. The hassle probably cost them more than my seven quid. I just feel that this could--nay, should--have been handled with honour and honesty, rather than with lame excuses and petty games.

Excellent customer service. If you order an item that is fragile, such as a glass jar of something, ask them to be extra careful packaging the item for the postal experience.
