I don’t know about the services but their drivers need to be spoken to. Passing a horse on a country lane at 30mph+ and less than a meters gap is unacceptable. The speed should be 10mph and 2 meters space

Good service BUT... Their cherry picker machines are shockingly poor quality as they freeze up so much it make the job take way longer than it should costing me the hirer so much money, I report the problem but they think this is normal so not happy with this and unless they significantly improve their machines I won't be hiring from them again!!

What can I say about southern plant and tool hire I have been at my current property for over 10 years and since day one I have rented all sorts of weird and wonderful machinery from this company. The prices are reasonable the equipment is top-notch they beat HSS hands down all day long any day of the week keep up the good work

Loads of high-end quality plant machines. Think I’ve hired almost everything they have...if you get a breakdown or a flat they are there the same day and if a machine can’t be fixed they send another pronto!

I couldn't find a rotavator anywhere I give southern plant tool hire a call they had what I needed the staff were very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to hire as they have almost everything that you would need in the building and landscaping trade
