Fellow assembly ops lovely, but that is as far as it goes! Supervisors are run ragged and treated the same as the ops, like dirt! Out of the whole factory only 7 perm staff rest are agency workers, always on tenderhooks as never know when you will be txt "do not attend tomorrow no work for near future" and thats it! No explination, nothing! Sat waiting for call to go back and it never comes, manager is brutal, screams at you and calls you f@/$ing idiots or are you f'"=ing stupid, everyone can hear! Plus if you have appointments you might as well leave now! Loved the fellow workers, hated the working enviroment! Defo need man management skills, health & safety n acas would have a field day! Very surprised its still open! All in all, keep well clear as if your face dont fit, u are GONE !
