First time here. Had a 17:00 collection Wednesday 31st May 2023. Was an easy collection due to the time of day, no cars parked opposite the gate. Drove past the entrance and turned round at the bottom of Liverpool St and reversed straight onto the bay, no need to shunt. The staff are friendly and once on the loading bay I was loaded in 19 minutes (26 pallets) total time on site 1hr 15mins gate to gate.

Personal very friendly ? , but all time they have two cars parked in front of the gate so if you come with 44 articulate must to be careful. Only in reverse you can put on the bay .

Friendly staff but the entry is sometimes difficult for hgv when the cars are parked in front of the entrance gate, when will someone react to this pathology and extend the yellow lines

Terrible place to deliver, nightmare to get in due to parked cars across from entrance, is it going to take an accident for the double yellows to be extended?

friendly staff working here but the access is awful with plenty of cars around, reversing need to be done from the main road, still tight but doable

Near impossible for the HGVs to get into due to cars parked outside in the road.

Blocks lots of traffic.
