We have a westie with itchy skin so it's essential to find food that doesn't affect her. Our previous brand was bought up by a big company, The quality went down - and the dog started scratching. So we were delighted to find Sneyd's Wonderfeeds. Not only are they good for her - her skin looks perfectly normal - but our picky little dog really likes them. It was a great relief to us and the service and delivery are excellent. I can't praise them too highly.

We were recommended Sneyds by the breeder of our new puppy as we were so impressed with the coats and general health of both the puppies and the adult dogs. We have two other dogs and the older dog is a very fussy eater and we have been struggling to get him to eat. We were recommended the WonderDog Original with real beef pieces. We also ordered a packet of the WonderMove supplement as although this is already added, we hoped that slightly increasing the amount in our older dogs feed may help his stiff joints and digestion. I have to be honest, when I opened the sack of food and smelt the supplement, I thought there was no way our older dog would go near this. How wrong we were. Over a few days we slowly introduced the new food and he loves it, as does our younger dog. Our old dog is a 9 year old Irish Wolfhound and he has had a new lease of life. We have been amazed at how quickly he has gained the weight he needed to and is now happier and seems far more comfortable. We will continue to purchase directly from Sneyds as there delivery is second to none. Our Labrador puppy is on the chicken and rice puppy food, and our two year old Wirehaired Pointer also loves the WonderDog Original with real beef pieces.
Highly recommend foods and excellent customer service ?
Update: As is often the case, let down by DPD. Two boxes literally dropped behind the gate despite delivery instructions. This was my third order from Sneyds and took longer than previous orders to be delivered. Otherwise, very happy with products and service from Sneyds ?

Well after my 5 star review some 4 months ago, im afraid it is no longer so. I placed my Order on 14th June and received email from them saying they were waiting for supplies and the order would be with us the following Weds, 19th June, this was ok as we had enough to last, just, after what happened with our last order when a similar thing happened. I heard nothing by the Fri 21st so I emailed Ryan and asked what was happening. He then proceeded to tell me I should look at the website as this was telling customers what was happening. I dont visit their website as I have no need too, I order my supplies and expect it delivered. He said I shouldve received an email about the shortage of stocks, No I didnt receive one.
I then asked him (Ryan) about swapping the order as I had already had to go stock up in Thorne , otherwise I wouldve run out. He asked if I just wanted one or all 4 swapping? I said all four. I took it as gospel he was going to do this.
Well after some heated emails back and forth, I told him if he wasnt going to replace them as he promised he would, then to refund and I will shop elsewhere. Received email within minutes that he had refunded the full amount.
If this is how a Supplier acts when he has had your £100 approx for over a wk and then spits the dummy out because of his failure to supply, then its obvious im going to shop elsewhere.
Its quite apparent after speaking to other people he supplies that the Company is missing Hannah badly.
Also it is five times harder to replace a buyer than it is to lose one.
NO LONGER A trusted Supplier to BryAnnTar Weimars.

Stuck with this food as my dog had it from pup and it suits him, has a sensitive stomach. But half the time the food doesn't come within the two days like they say. You then have to email them to ask where the food is, for them to tell you it's not in stock? Also that they don't know when it is in stock. Referred a friend as they have a puppy with sensitive tummy. They have had same treatment on their order and I now know that I won't be able to order mine again for more than a week. This is why people just go to large pets shops instead. Frustrating to say least. Will now search for better company.

We were first recommended Sneyd's Wonderfood nearly five years ago by the breeder. We have used Sneyd's food ever since, first the puppy food and later the adult dog varieties, usually their chicken and rice and beef and sweet potato options. Our Springer Spaniel loves the food, and he seems to thrive on it, being very active and in great condition. Ordering through the website is straightforward, although staff are very helpful if you phone through for advice. Delivery to the door makes everything convenient. Altogether I can highly recommend Sneyd's to others.

Was recommended this dog food and purchased it online. They took my money and it says next day delivery if ordered before 12pm. It is now over a week later and it's still out of stock and the director cannot confirm when it will be with them or subsequently me. I also was only made aware that they don't have this product when I contacted them querying where it was. Awful customer service. Very disappointed. I could not rely on this company to provide food for my pet on time.

My dog has a sensitive stomach and loves the Wonderdog Special. A full bowl is devoured in seconds.! Rapid delivery aswell comes in very handy.

I’ve been buying Sneyd’s dog food for more than ten years. In all that time I’ve never had cause to fault the product quality or customer service. A rare company - excellent all round.
