Order from here a few times and never really had any problems,infact always found the service to be Excellent and the products to be spot on! However on this occasion my order arrived not in a very good condition and I understand that's the delivery company's fault but at the the end of the day they are the ones who choose to use that company.when emailing my concern to them although they said sorry the email was very poor in my eyes and not the best customer service.apart from that,the orders you get usually are great.perhaps a word should be had with the delivery company and a quick refesh in customer service.

This was my second order, and I couldn’t be happier with the first one which arrived on time. The crisps are lovely so I decided to order again. Unfortunately after paying for fast delivery on Monday I am still waiting for my order! It’s Saturday and customer service simply replied to me today saying they have no control over it and asked me to wait… or contact Evri… No mention about returning my money or sending my parcel again… as if they don’t care… So I am not impressed at all with the Customer Service…

These are good value and delivered to your door, some have short dates not days but 4 to 5 weeks so that’s great. Good company all round and they keep you up to date on delivery. I’ve never had a problem with them and I would be surprised if anyone did.

Bought for my hubby. Some brands he’s tried but never the flavours I chose and some were new to him. He loved it! Delivery was quick, kept informed the whole time. Will definitely order again and would recommend to others too.

Ordered a variety of crisps, about £50 total, ALL were in perfect condition on arrival and in date with at least 3 months remaining even on the shortest dated stuff. Order arrived the day after dispatch, can't judge them too much with the 3 day dispatch time with it being peak time. Will be ordering again in future and would recommend.

Easy to order, good selection at a reasonable price. Received within the specified time with one minor gripe to Evri/Hermes regarding tracking. Overall a good experience 🙂 P.S. One packet of crisps hadn't been sealed properly at the factory and had been missed when packing. A very minor problem and I haven't requested a refund as it would only be for 80p . You can keep that for me happily munching through the rest which I can't get on my weekly shopping order with a well known supermarket 😉 Thank you..

Found some crisps on here that my local shops do not sell (Nik Naks Scampi and Lemon) love them, so got a box and a few other bits. Order was dispatched within 48 hours, delivery was good. Well packed and very happy. Will use again.
