We had a wonderful family get together at Smithfield House.

The house is impressive. It is spacious, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. Perfect for a large group. Underfloor heating keeps the house cosy.

There are lovely countryside views from the front of the property.

We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, making good use of the pizza oven and patio heaters. This was definitely a highlight of our stay. The games room was an additional bonus with comfortable sofas, table tennis and table football.

We appreciated the lovely bowl of fresh fruit and had success with the pineapple gadget!

Drew was very helpful and responded quickly to emails.
We’d love to return.

Fabulous house with great facilities!
Loved the outdoor courtyard area - we had great fun making our own pizzas and cooking them in the outdoor pizza oven! Outdoor heaters were also great and it meant we could sit out late without being cold.
Would have liked a downstairs wc in addition to the en suite to save us running from the games room all the way to first floor.
Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Absolutely fantastic property. Beautifully kept and clearly very well taken care of. Very spacious with 8 comfortable bedrooms. Fantastic dining area indoor and out and an excellent kids room. We were 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 7 children aged 3-9. Would 100% recommend,

We came en-mass for a family wedding, to find a wonderful romantic farmhouse fully appointed for all of our needs. Met by Drew, who went out of his way to make us all feel welcome ensuring that we were comfortable and didn't need anything. I can not recommend Smithsfield House highly enough. Beautiful accommodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We just spent the weekend at Smithfield house as a group of friends and family aged 1 -70 years old celebrating a 30th birthday. We had a fantastic time and the house and facilities exceeded our expectations. Drew was super helpful before during and after our stay (we left stuff 🙁 ) you really do have everything you need and more in this property and the added fruit bowl was much appreciated. The outside space is amazing along with the games room which was a hit. The patio heaters helped us enjoy using the outside space even in February and I cannot wait to return.

Had fabulous family time for a special birthday. Plenty space in house, parking, rooms, beds, everything.
Pizza oven was great once we understood you had to be patient and have it roaring before cooking but very easy to get going.
All facilities excellent and spotless.
Couldn't think of anything that was missing.

We spent a weekend at Smithfield house for a friends pre Christmas celebrations. The house is amazing, and even better than it looks in the photographs. We made pizza dough and used the outdoor pizza oven on the first night - amazing! The outdoor space is so well set up that you can even sit out in November. We cooked a full Christmas dinner the next night and there was everything we needed in the kitchen and more. The house is so well equipped. It is also spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. We loved everything about it, especially the fantastic Christmas decorations

Great house for family and friends gatherings. Great sized bathrooms, bedrooms and lots of living area space including outside huge extension with separated cinema/games area. The outside space is great too with great space for barbecue and pizza oven. Very modern and very clean. Cosy with underfloor heating. Will return. 10mins walk to Black bill which serves great food and nice bar. 15mins to Troon and about the same to Prestwick. Both nice little towns with cafes/charity shops and boutiques. Drew the host very helpful and kindly let us check in early. Highly recommended
