Both of our children have gone to Smiley Stars in Mansewood and have been so well cared for. It's a clean, friendly, fun and loving environment. The management team endeavour to help out with last minute requests if we have been stuck and need last minute early drop off or for them to be fed dinner. The nursery teachers in each room genuinely care and get to know each child and what comforts them. It's so reassuring to know they're safe and happy while we are busy at work. Very good communication with regular updates and photos of what they're up to, which helps so much especially if they've been upset being dropped off. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep them learning and occupied. Thank you so much for helping our kids grow ❤️

Amazing nursery. My son joined in the middle of lockdown and the girls in the baby room were great with him and he settled quickly. I have always felt reassured and confident that he is in good hands. He is now 20 months and has moved up a room, where the girls are again brilliant with him. He is so excited to go to nursery and babbles away about the staff and his friends before and after. We get regular photos and updates throughout the day and are kept up to date on his development reviews. He is very well looked after and we are so happy to have found this nursery for him. Every day the staff set out different fun and educational activities for the children with regular outdoor play. The meals and snacks provided are great and nothing is ever a bother for the staff, who seem to genuinely care about the children. Special mention to Hope, Kirsty and Lucy who are excellent at what they do - they are a credit to the nursery and my son CH is lucky to have them be involved in his care.

Was terrified of putting my child into nursery before he could speak but had no choice as I needed to return back to work. I am blessed we got him into smiley stars as it's been great and he loves it! After visiting multiple nurseries in the area and never feeling fulling satisfied it is no exaggeration that after my induction I instantly knew this was the best nursery for us. They are super organized, and have a great structure to their day. I absolutely love the app and enjoy receiving updates of my child so I always know he's being looked after well. The app is great for anxious mamas like me as I am able to see what my son is up to, what he's ate, nappy changes and nap times. Overall it was more expensive than other nurseries in the area however hot food and nappies etc are included so I guess it ends up working the same. Also my son absolutely loves his breakfast and lunches, I'm not surprised as the menu always sounds delicious!!

Really happy to be sending my daughter to smiley stars. She is a very shy little girl so I had no hopes of her settling fast, however the perseverance and support from the staff allowed her to settle in very fast and she loves going into nursery now! The staff are always so friendly and responsive to queries.
Would highly recommend!

Excellent nursery. My daughter has settled so quickly into smiley stars. The staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. Information sharing and updates make the transition so much easier as a parent and I can't thank them enough for how well they look after my wee one.

Extremely supportive and caring nursery all the way from the staff to the head office, both my children love this nursery and Everyone in it! The dietary care, cleanliness, activities and entertainment all is of first class quality. The team at smiley stars is incredible, I wish there was a smiley stars primary and high school too! Nothing is more important to me than my kids happiness and care, smiley stars definitely achieves that 🙂

My 2 boys attended Smiley Stars. They really enjoyed it, the staff were an excellent support to my boys and myself, especially during difficult home circumstances. Communication has been fab and the app was always up-to-date with regards to the boy's progress.

Our son has been at Smiley Stars Mansewood for four years and we all love it there. Lovely staff who care about the kids, fun learning environment, good variety of food (all meals catered for which is ideal), easy and quick communication through the Famly app. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
