I can't recommend the Shawlands team at SHH enough. Our main reason for choosing them is that they were very communicative and where other agents left us hanging or didn't respond for days, they were super quick and often preferred phone calls to emails which we appreciated - this level of communication continued throughout our whole time with them. They were incredibly positive and proactive throughout our whole selling experience and when we experienced some disappointments, they kept us motivated. Mark has a wealth of priceless knowledge which was of great help to us, Charlene was very communicative and friendly at all times, and Ellenor was a great source of support and advice throughout what can be a very stressful process! Would absolutely recommend and will be using them in future.

"Parmis" was dealing with my account and I found her courteous, friendly, professional and switched on to what my requirements were. She was readily contactable and kept me informed and up to date with how things were progressing. She is a great asset to the branch!

Disappointing. Sale went through so not 1 stars but throughout the process the branch made mistakes such as not checking the advert was on rightmove/zoopla when they said it was, advertising board not going up until 5 days after it was on the market, removing the advert from rightmove/zoople instead of marking under offer, a general lack of guidance, not grouping viewings as we were told they would, then was told 2 days before the sale that the quote for fees was incorrect and they would send an updated quote which never happened. Then finally when directed to raise a complaint via the website the branch just refused to respond to the complaints team four weeks after the complaint was made.

Needed to move from a previous rental property quite unexpectedly and found a flat being let by Slater, Hogg and Howison. I primarily dealt with Kirsten but all of the staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Kirsten made the whole process really simple and took a lot of the stress out of moving with her quick and friendly communications.
