I would heartily recommend Slacks Farm.
We were a party of 5 adults and found the accommodation to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was an excellent size with a lovely big table for family meals and that all important jigsaw!
The cottage is situated in a beautiful area, perfect for relaxation or visiting local attractions. I would recommend Holmfirth and the Kirklees light railway. The latter is definitely a must if you have young children for which Slacks Farm provides essential equipment such as highchair, baby bath etc.

Great place we stayed for a week at the beginning of November a few years ago and I forgot to post they have a great guest folder which should be taken advantage of many walks ,kellingley colliery and Abrahams heights not far from barn lovely barn spacious and easily held 4 Adults and 2 Children well done Slacks Farm
