Delivery was late, with the delay only communicated on the last day of the 11 day delivery window. Delivery drive slammed out salt packs, likely damaging some.There's no customer contact no. - the one I was supplied wasn't answering calls. The email response from customer service didn't even contain an apology for the poor service. We won't be ordering from them again.

The product and pricing is great, but delivery was quite slow and the delivery driver was extremely rude. Greeted me with "Is this for you?", I asked if he could take the salt around the back of the house (he had a trolley) he huffed and puffed, and was very upset I asked him to wheel the trolley around the back.

Have used SimplySalt repeatedly for a number of years and never had an issue. Become accustom to delivery times range from 1-3 weeks which is fine for me as delivery is free and I usually order before I completely run out.
