Would I choose Simply Homes to market our house ? Unequivocally yes. I have known George for a couple of years now, having looked at a potential purchase in 2021 and later purchasing a different house through Simply Homes in 2023. I trust George and find him both personable and professional. His communication skills amongst stakeholders are also first rate. Ben and George were instrumental in keeping our challenging chain intact; negotiation, timely communication and experience were all called into play and for that I thank both sincerely. As a footnote I would add that the photographs taken by Simply Homes are superb. We had a set done for the house we were selling and the photographer managed to capture colour, light, angles and shots beautifully.

Ben and his fabulous team have been the very essence of a highly professional Estate Agent. From his innovative “at dusk” house shots ( why no other agent does this I’ll never know) to the open and inclusive interaction with both seller and buyer clients he simply gave us outstanding service from start to finish. Even when the final going got a little tricky he and the team stepped up to the plate.
If you want a modern outward looking agent who does not just rely on his agency history to sell your home then Ben and his team are the pick of the bunch. I was also so impressed that he managed to sell our buyers home within a week - as he promised - very impressive for a high end home.
